Visitor Experience Team Member (Casual)

We are seeking a Casual Gallery Assistant to provide a world class visitor experience for all of our audiences. You will deliver high standards of visitor service by using your knowledge of our collection and temporary exhibition programme, communicating this enthusiastically with the skills and passion needed to do so effectively, whilst ensuring public safety and security of the building and its contents. Gardener (Permanent)

We are looking to recruit a pro-active gardener, who is passionate about horticulture and enjoys interacting with the public and volunteers. The Gardener will lead the vision for our gardens, both in their practical upkeep and maintenance, how they connect with the work we do across the organisation.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of the gardens and for hands-on practical work and creativity. This is a managerial position and you will oversee a team of gardening volunteers. We have a Volunteer Manager on our team who will help you recruit and support the volunteers.

Trustee (Voluntary Position)

We are seeking to appoint three trustees with experience and expertise in the following areas:

Audiences
• Experience of engagement programmes in cultural organisations and meaningful relationship-building with different types of audiences
• Understanding of the local cultural environment in our key priority boroughs of Southwark, Lambeth and Lewisham

Investments
• Experience of investment management
• Understanding of current charity law legislation

Commercial
• Current live experience of café/retail/events in a cultural/heritage setting
• Business experience
