Tenor Charles Daniels and harpsichordist Timothy Roberts perform a selection of Baroque works from composers including John Bull, John Dowland, Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck and Johann Jakob Froberger.
Timothy Roberts developed a passion for Baroque music in his youth. He has toured extensively with the Gabrieli Consort and Players and directed His Majestys Sagbutts and Cornetts. Tenor Charles Daniels studied at King’s College, Cambridge, and at the Royal College of Music in London. He has a prolific recording legacy having made over ninety recordings ranging from the earliest renaissance music through to contemporary repertoire.
