You're never too young to experience the delights of the Gallery! Come and discover the possibilities of art with your little creative in our sensory sessions for mums and babies, Mini Masterpieces, or our exclusive family-friendly viewings of our temporary exhibitions, Early Introductions.
Mini Masterpieces
10–11am & 11.30am–12.30pm, £12 per adult & child, Suggested age: Sitting – 24 months
Thank you for your interest in ‘Mini Masterpieces’. Unfortunately all of our sessions are sold out for the rest of the season. However, we will be launching more sessions in October 2018, and these will be available for booking from early September. In the meantime, there are still spaces available on our two Edward Bawden: Early Introductions family-friendly viewings, on 29 June and 3 August!
Experience the delights of the Gallery with your little one. Explore themes within our Permanent Collection and then create your very own masterpiece in a practical, hands-on session. Our focus changes monthly to keep your little ones engaged.

Early Introductions - Edward Bawden Early View
Friday 29 June & 3 August, 8.30–10am, Adults standard exhibition entry charge; children FREE, All ages welcome
Gain exclusive access to Edward Bawden with your little ones. Buggies, roaming toddlers and excited squeals are encouraged. There will also be an art-making activity to enjoy in these family-friendly viewings.
Art Adventurers
Dates & time TBC, £12 per adult and child, Suggested age: 2-4yrs
The Gallery is delighted to announce we will be launching workshops for 2-4 year olds this September.
These sessions will include an adventure through our Old Masters, led by our early years mascot: Jerome the Lion! Expect storytelling, singalongs, lots of movement, and art-making along the way!
