Explore new ways to connect with your body and mind at this special Late as part of Emerge Festival. Embrace body positive life drawing from activist organisation Spirited Bodies, mindfulness workshops in the Gallery and a special appearance from Bryony Gordon, bestselling author and journalist, as she talks about her latest book You Got This

This event is part of Emerge, London's Lates Festival. Dulwich Picture Gallery together with the Horniman Museum make up the South Circuit of the festival. Tickets sold through Emerge Festival.

You Got This: Q&A with Bryony Gordon
7.30–8.30pm
Join author and journalist Bryony Gordon for a celebration of self-respect, love and confidence! Bryony will be exploring her latest book You Got This – a manifesto for teens about the life lessons she wishes she’d known when she was younger. Come prepared with questions, and remember to bring your copy of You Got This for Bryony to sign.

_REMIX
pop-up performances from 8.30–11pm
Classical Remix present Baroque Dances – a unique baroque DJ set with pop-up dance performances transforming the Gallery into a Baroque club night. Featuring live-remixed baroque music combined with drum loops, hip hop, and R&B samples, alongside experimental dance from Alice Bonazzi and Jeremiah Olusola, Baroque Dances combines the best of music across the centuries.

Spirited Bodies
7–11pm
Drop in to Spirited Bodies' body-positive life drawing workshop at any time across the evening. Hear from life models about their unique experiences of body acceptance, and take part in discussions around self-acceptance and naked gender politics, whilst having a go at some relaxed drawing.

Limina Collective
8.30pm, 9.30pm & 10.30pm
Ever heard of 'slow looking'? Join Karly Allen from Limina Collective to learn more in these 15-minute sessions guiding you through mindful approaches to engaging with art. At 10.30pm everyone is invited to gather together in the main gallery for a farewell grounding practice.

Drop-in art workshops
7–11pm
Join our resident artists for a range of drop-in workshops across the evening, including mindful drawing, collaborative stitching with Stitch School and making your own confidence-boosting message to hang on your wall.
