The Tribute Money (after Rembrandt)

The subject is taken from Mark, 12, 14-17 and Luke, 20, 22-26. The original, by Rembrandt, is at Bywell, Northumberland (Viscount Allendale). The painting was donated to DPG by the artist, a former Gallery's Keeper, in 1894.
