Society of Women Organists in Recital: Alana Brook

The Society of Women Organists (SWO) is dedicated to celebrating female organists in all areas of music-making.

Following the launch of the Society of Women Organists in February, the recital series at Christ’s Chapel this autumn features three distinguished members; Alison Howell of Bristol University (15 September), Anne Page of Cambridge (13 October) and Alana Brook of Lincoln Cathedral (10 November).

Alana Brook is currently Organ Scholar at Ripon Cathedral.  She has performed recitals at Milton Abbey, St Peter’s Church Bournemouth, and at churches in Adelaide. Alana is also a music teacher at Milton Abbey School, and in her free time enjoys singing with the Bournemouth Sinfonietta Choir.
