Step-free Access
All areas of the Gallery are on one level. Please note, however, that neither West Dulwich nor North Dulwich railway stations have step-free access.
If you are coming as a young family have a look at our family facilities.

Disabled Parking
We have a limited number of parking spaces for disabled use only, accessed from Gallery Road. Spaces must be reserved in advance by emailing enquiries@dulwichpicturegallery.org.uk. Parking is free on Gallery Road and at Belair Park.

Toilets
Public toilets, including a unisex accessible toilet, are located in the corner of the glass cloister next to the Linbury Room.

Seating
Folding portable stools are available in the Gallery, please ask a member of staff for assistance. Visitors are welcome to sit on the benches in the Gallery. Wooden benches are situated throughout the Gallery and grounds.

Wheelchairs
The Gallery has wheelchairs available for visitors to borrow during your visit. To book a wheelchair in advance of your visit please contact us on 020 8693 5254 or by email.

Free entry for Carers
If you are purchasing a concession ticket as a disabled visitor, you are entitled to a complimentary ticket for your carer.

Induction Loop
An induction loop operates in the Linbury Room, Art Room, ticket desks, Friends desk and Gallery shop.

Guide Dogs
We welcome guide, hearing and assistance dogs in all areas of the Gallery. Water bowls are available on request from the Gallery Café.

Emergency evacuation
If you have particular needs in the event of emergency evacuation please inform staff at the ticket desk when you arrive.

Dementia Friendly
We are proud to be a Dementia Friendly venue. Visit our What's On page to book for our free monthly Dementia Friendly Creative Conversation sessions. Led by one of our dementia friendly guides, you can take a closer look at paintings from our collection or exhibition and share your opinions, stories and impressions.

Lockers
Free lockers are available in the main entrance as you enter the ticket hall. In order to preserve the collection backpacks and suitcases are not permitted in the Gallery.
